We know what you’re thinking – “Here’s all the boring legalese before I can sign on the dotted line.”
True, there’s a whole lot of information about the registration fees, conditions and entitlements,
but we’ve made it as plain and simple as possible.

The Important Stuff

What you need to know and acknowledge before you register

You must register as the profession you hold i.e. if you’re a dentist, you must register as a dentist. That goes for partners or spouses with professional qualifications.

If you’re going to attend and participate in Congress and its Exhibition you must register. No matter how many of you are coming along, each person must fill out their own registration form unless part of a Practice Registration – which will be made available shortly.

Students – you need to have a valid ID card at the time of Congress.

Group and Practice Registration

Group Bookings (coming soon...)

You must have a minimum of 3 delegates to organise a group booking

Group bookings of 10+ delegates will receive a discount for each delegate of the group.

10 – 19 Receive 10% discount.

20+ Receive a 20% discount.

Practice Bookings (coming soon...)

Pre-programme special inclusions

You must have a minimum of 5 practice staff members (from the same practice) to organise a practice group booking and to receive a discount for each delegate of the group.

5 – 9 Receive a 5% discount.

10+ Receive a 10% discount.

Payment of Fees

All registrations require immediate payment by credit card at the time of registering. Accepted credit cards include MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transaction by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Ozaccom PTY LTD.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that the best laid plan can go awry, so if you need to cancel your plans to attend Congress, the first thing you need to do is let us know in writing to FDIWDC2023@ada.org.au.
